Math 1401: Calculus I
Topics covered: Real numbers functions, elements of plane analytic geometry, limits, continuity, derivatives, differentiation of algebraic functions, applications of the derivative, antiderivatives, definite integral, Fundamental Theorem of Calculus. Applications using computer software packages. 4 credits
Prerequisite: MATH 1015 or appropriate score on departmental placement test.
Final exam: this class
covers two exam slots, so you have two
choices for the final exam: either Dec 12, Period 4 or
Dec 18, Period 3!
