Also...

[1] If you have any questions about anything, be sure to ask. (Office: FH:51 / e-mail: plummeev@shu.edu or evelyn.plummer@shu.edu )

[2] Carefully refer to the entire "Presentation Details" document every time you prepare a presentation for this class (sometimes also included as  p.4 of hard copy, course overview)  .  Particularly note the "Standard Submissions" section.  These items enable the Professor to grade the group more accurately. [As you know, the group grade determines the range of the individuals' grades]  Note that all final submissions should be typed. However, preliminary items can be handwritten.

Also be sure to carefully note all details & specifications given on the online assignment sheets for each major presentation.  It helps to print out the pages & then highlight accordingly.

[3] The preliminary "Agenda/Outline" worksheets should be handed to the instructor A.S.A.P., but no less than one session before the presentation date. However, earlier is always much better. This preliminary submission is for review, troubleshooting & feedback purposes only.

The group's "Official", final "Agenda/Outline" is the one that will be considered as part of the grading of the presentation. This final Agenda/Outline is always due just BEFORE the group gives its presentation.

[4] Many presentations will be recorded in some way to assist the instructor in the grading process. In addition, the video recording can provide the group members with concrete data for completing  Post Mortems, Self Critiques, and the Grade-Your-Own performance assessment. Formats To Be Determined.
