Military

My war too

From Rose, on Sat, 24 Apr 1999 18:44:25 GMT 

Altough I did not serve in the military.  I felt I was fighting the war too.  I watched the news regligiously to find out what was going on in Nam.  I also participated in demonstations, wrote letters to polititians, and kept up with military invasions.  I also believe President Johnson was NOT allowed to declare war and the USA would never win in Viet Nam.  Bottom line our men were put in a position that they would not or could not feel good about!  I respect those who did serve I solute you for you Made the best of it, stayed alert, and came home.
