Math 1303: Quantitative Methods
Topics covered: Functions, limits, continuity, derivatives
applications of the derivative, in particular to mathematical economics.
Exponential and logarithmic functions. Antiderivatives, area and applications to
business models. Probabilities and applications. Matrices and an introduction to
linear programming. 3 credits.
Prerequisite: MATH 1014
(grade C or better) or appropriate score on departmental placement test.
NOTE: The FINAL EXAM will be Wed, Dec. 14 from 7:45 - 10:00
