Dear Sir, Just a very quick note.I lived in Kontum 94-95.Volunteer worker(teaching English) Been back 3 times since. Have a Bahnar wife. I know well the problems of the area. If you want to open a dialogue please don't hesitate in contacting me. Just one thought, as we know a lot of aid, specially medical aid goes astray. Medicines in the west tend to be pricy. Most medicines needed are easily obtainable(most aid packages are sold onto the black market and then are purchased by the drugstores). My own personal opinion, humble as it is, is to find a reliable conduit for funds. A local would then be able to distribute medicines as needed. Yours amicably Mark Richardson.
