Met Dr. Pat Smith in 1972

I was the sr. advisor to Dakto Dist. in 1972. Dr. Pat Smith was still in Kontum then. Her hospital on the eastern edge of town was pretty much destroyed in the NVA '72 Spring Offensive. She set up a hospital in towards the center of town. The last I heard she had returned to the states after '75 (?) with one or two Montinyard kids she adopted. I saw a news article on her return. Can't remember exactly when or what paper/magazine. Hope this helps. -RW
