I was an American soldier treated by the Beligan doctor at Dr. Smith's hospital outside Kontum City not far from Special Forces Camp B-24. The incident occured 5 July 1966 leaving me with a badly injured right shoulder. While I have historical information on Smith's earlier years in Kontum Province, I am looking for anything after 1966. At least one person reported seeing her interviewed, in a TV news clip, at Pleiku near the war's end but nothing else seems to exist regarding her later practise. If you have any information, then please do not hesitate contacting me.
