Children

We adopted too

From Dorothea Norberg, on Sun, 07 Dec 1997 00:02:24 GMT (in response to: We have adopted from Vietnam)

Our son arrived from Vietnam on the baby lift when Saigon fell to the communists. He was 4 years 2 months when he came home. He was from Bein Hoa province. He was legally blind. He had congenital cataracts. He had spent the first 4 years of his life in an orphanage. We had his eyes fixed. They aren't perfect and and he can't drive but he is a college graduate and is working as a paralegal and thinking of going to law school. We also have an adopted daughter from Korea and two natural daughters. We have been truly blessed to have such a wonderful family. Adoption is a great way to build a family!!! You get the most wonderful children!!
