Operation Babylift

From Diane Kelly, on Tue, 25 Apr 2000 15:40:10 GMT (in response to: We adopted too)

Hi! I was one of the fortunate to be able to deliver a Vietnam infant orphan to it's new family during the Babylift. I was working for Continental Airlines at the time and our manager gave free passes to any employee who volunteered to take an infant on their own time. I was forturnate to have the opportunity to fly Baby Ina from Denver to Seattle and back before my shift. Is there a registry of any kind of the Vietnam orphans and their adoptive families? Unfortunately, I did not keep in touch with the family. I would love to know how Ina and her family are doing. I have kept a little note from her aunt for 24 years and may use some fragments to trace this. Thank you for your help. I am happy your son is doing so well.
