In fact--and unlike your propaganda this can be substantiated by reading the actual document--the Constitution written by Ho Chi Minh was based directly upon the US. (The latter is also available for reading.)
But the bottom line remains, despite the effort of propagandists such as you to avoid it: the US violated international and US law from the outset by getting involved in Viet Nam. That too is easily substantiated by reading such as the Geneva Accords.
Of course, imperialists always make up excuses as to why they have the "right" to ignore the rule of law--while accusing others of doing so and insisting to do is wrong--in order to impose their will on others. By contrast, what others do in their own sovereign nation is none of our business--especially when we are doing the same things we accuse them doing.
But the above is concerned with truth; your only concern is making excuses to abuse power.
