Hey dumb*ss the reason that we were over there was to stop the communist. That's called containment! If we would have left it the way that it was then the whole world might be communist now, so we did good in going over there and trying to prevent the spread of communism. We are lucky that we have brave men that would go to a foreign country and fight against communism. The way it was started is the communist trying to take over vietnam and Johnson was just trying to help and at home he had all the stupid hippies saying that the soildiers that were over there we baby killers and murders. They may have killed people but when it's war time that's your job. Don't blame Johnson blame the d*mn communist and the d*mn Viet Cong.
