get a godchild

From Lyonel, on Mon, 14 Dec 1998 11:37:23 GMT (in response to: Vietnam Portfolio -- Vietnamese People)

My opion is that it is usefuller and worthier if Vietnamese people, living in rich nations, receive a godchild. You have nothing to lose. Otherwise you will help a lot of children by financing their school, skills etc... so that they will help themselves on one day. I myself am 20 years old, still studying, will have godchildren in Vietnam, India and Ethopia.

It is to superficial and hypocritical if Vietnamase people, living in rich countries, pity children on the on side. On the other side do not anything. People could do more than only saying "I am sorry". I really would like to recommend Vietnamese people to leave only US $30 monthly. With that you will help a lot of homeless children in Vietnam.
