We are hoping to build an orphanage in vietnam. The proposed orphanage is to built in the Ha Noi District of Soc Son, for 30 orphan children and 20 poor elderly. But so far the going has been very tough. However the need is far greater than a lot of people realise, and this is what keeps us going. To help these poor people to help themselves to a better life is far more important than anything I know of. The suffering of these poor kids is dreadful, I even read of one report where they found a baby girl in a rubbish bin she had been there for quite some time and she was melnourished and the flies had laid maggots under skin. The doctors did not hold out much hope for her, however they were able to save her even with the lack of medical equipment. Now this poor child has a chance at life thanks to the Noble foundation who is working in Vietnam. We hope to be able to help many such poor kids in vietnam. Ian Collard
