Protest

Colonel Carrigan and the paper passing "incident" are real

From Dennis Ferruzzi, on Thu, 27 Jul 2000 09:18:28 GMT (in response to: Maybe, maybe not.)

As you can tell by my e-mail address, I am a cadet at
the Air Force Academy. We have an organization called the
Assosiation of Graduates (AOG). The AOG is basically our
alumni program, but they also do a lot for cadets. One of
their most recent projects was a movie, which is shortly to
be released to the public if it hasn't already been,
called "Return with Honor." This movie is made directly by,
and from accounts of, POWs that were held in the "Hanoi
Hilton." The version we were shown had clips from interviews
that are most likely going to be cut out in the publicaly
released version. Some of these interviews were with Colonel
Carrigan. Yes, he does exist and he helped make this movie
no matter what the publiclly released version says in the
credits. The paper passing escapade DID happen and Jane
Fonda should be executed for treason.
I don't have the time to sort through all of these
messages so if you want to reply to me please reply to my e-
mail address and I will be more than happy to reply. If the
address does not show up elsewhere for some reason it is
c03dennis.ferruzzi@usafa.af.mil. I should warn you though,
last time someone tried to convince me otherwise, it was over
instant messenger and we went for almost thirty pages... she
finally gave up using the excuse that I was "too brainwashed
to see the truth," in other words, I out-debated her and she
moved on to an easier target for her communist propaganda.
