Much of what passes as truth concerning Jane Fonda's trip to Vietnam in 1972 is fiction--just because something is constantly repeated does not make it true. If Jane Fonda was responsible for a fraction of what I have read in this thread, she would have been investigated, charged and jailed long ago. The simple truth of the matter is, while she did some pretty thoughtless things in her zeal to try to bring an end to a war with which disagreed, some people who disagreed with her position and actions in that regard will stoop to any level to smear her.
