Montagnards

current politics and the montagnards in vietnam

From ARnold R. Waggoner, on Wed, 02 Oct 1996 02:56:45 GMT (in response to: Political Influence )

Based upon my personal observation in working with the Jarai in the central highlands near pleiku 1968-70 and returning to the highlands in 1993 and 1995 I found the montagnards to be discriminated against then and now. I didn't observe any evidendce of their influence on the present governing body.
