DNA links Vietnamese-American war children to their American fathers

do you know of a foundation that is sponsoring DNA banks that are matching the DNA of Vietnamese-American children to their American fathers? There was a PBS show on not long ago that said that through DNA they have been able to match several 100 children with their fathers. please e-mail me if you have ANY information in that regards.
