Hi, My name is Karen. I am helping a friend who is looking for his father. His Name is Tuan Nyoc Nguyen. He was born on Oct. 17 1970. His mothers name was Loan thi kim nyuyen. I have many details, and I think that maybe you are not his father, but perhaps you could help. His Father's name was Bill (Hughley.) The last name they are not sure of.
