Rosemary W. Skeele (B.A. Jersey City State College, M.S. University of Wisconsin(Stout), Ed.D. New York University) is a member of the Department of Educational Studies in the College of Education and Human Services at Seton Hall University. Her degrees are in art education, electronic communications, and instructional design. Professor Skeele has done extensive research in the areas of ethics and technology, improvement of instruction through technology, and censorship of pedagogy. She recently published a book for Teachers College Press titled Protecting the Right to Teach and Learn: Power, Politics, and Public Schools.

Rosemary Skeele is currently the Project Director of the PT3 Grant at Seton Hall University.
