>>> Class Procedure for Presentation Days:
1st - Presentation Plans (i.e."agendas") {final versions} for that day's presenters must be EITHER emailed or uploaded IN ADVANCE into designated Drop box in LaunchPad. ( One per team).
Be sure to use correct format as specified in the example on p. 403 (7ed) / [p.426:6e] . Be sure it reflects the actual content of your report and also that it specifies your targeted audience (staff, press, board of directors, shareholders, etc. etc.)
2nd - Visual aids are optional but for more accurate grading, any being visuals used should be uploaded to the same LaunchPad location. {The case study should already have been submitted by the 3/31 deadline }
3rd - Questioners/Oral Evaluators will be selected "on site" --possibly through a chat message. Post-presentation evaluation & questioning will be done orally. Some mid-presentation interruptions are possible.
4th - Using a volunteer method, each team will deliver its presentation. Volunteering must be done prior to the actual session, Otherwise teams will be granted presenter status in the order listed in the Presentation Schedule above.
AND---
* Be sure your presentation (including any "presentation aids") falls within the assigned time limits [S'21= 7-9 minutes TOTAL] . Please be aware that being overtime or undertime will negatively affect the grade.
* If you select to audio record this presentation on your own, the recording will become part of your "archive" to be used for your own reference. Although there is an extra credit ,cumulative, self critique assignment at the end of the semester, currently, there is no formal self critique attached to this particular presentation, so personal recording is optional.
* Everyone is expected to be present & prepared for all designated "jobs" .
