ADDITIONAL REMINDERS:

>>> Class Procedure for Presentation Days:

1st  - Presentation Plans (i.e. "agendas")  {revised, hardcopy versions} for that day's presenters will be collected.  ( One per team) {The case study should already have been submitted by the 11/10 deadline }

2nd -  Evaluation Sheets will be distributed to that day's designated Written Evaluators.  If time, evaluation & questioning will be done orally, as well. Some mid-presentation interruptions are possible.

3rd  -   if desired, the designated Technical Assistant will help with any necessary "set up" for the speaker. Tech assistants will "run" the videorecording--using the professor's computer.  Personal Audio recording is optional., but recommended if you anticipate completing an optional, end-of-semester, final, cumulative,  self-critique.  Eventually, all partners will receive a copy of the videorecording via a file which will be emailed( if possible) or linked to a cloud drive or transferred directly to your flash drive.

4th  -  Using a volunteer method, each team will deliver its presentation.

5th  - If used, at the end of the day's session. evaluators will submit their written comments. These sheets eventually will be passed on to the respective speakers.

AND---

* Be sure your presentation (including any "presentation aids") falls within the assigned time limits. Please be aware that being overtime or undertime will negatively affect the grade.

*  As always, the HARD COPY of your team's  agenda document is due  BEFORE you deliver your presentation. Be sure to use correct format as specified in the example on p. 403 (7ed) / [p.426:6e] .  Be sure it reflects the actual content of your report and also that it specifies your targeted audience (staff, press, board of directors, shareholders, etc. etc.)

*  These presentations will be videorecorded so it is particularly important that you remain within the assigned time limit. If you select to audio record this presentation, the recording will become part of your "archive" to be used for your own reference. There is no formal self critique attached to this particular presentation, so personal recording is optional.

* everyone is expected to be present & prepared for all designated "jobs"

* No hats, of course
