ADDITIONAL REMINDERS:

1st  - Presentation Plans (agendas)  {revised, hardcopy versions} for that day's presenters  will be collected.  ( One per team)

2nd -  TENT: Evaluation Sheets will be distributed to that day's designated Written Evaluators.  If time, evaluation & questioning  will be done orally instead.

3rd  - [ this section revised 11/18]  if desired, the designated Technical Assistant will help with any necessary "set up" for the speaker. Tech assistants will "run" the videorecording. Personal Audio recording is optional., but recommended if you anticipate completing an optional, end-of-semester, final self-critique.  All partners will receive a copy of your videorecording via an emailed file.

4th  -  Using a volunteer method, each speaker will deliver his/her presentation.

5th  - If used, at the end of the day's session. evaluators will submit their written comments. These sheets eventually will be passed on to the respective speakers.

* Be sure your presentation (including any "presentation aids") falls within the assigned time limits. Please be aware that being overtime or undertime will negatively affect the grade.
