1st  - All Outlines {revised, hardcopy versions} for that day's speakers will be submitted in advance (via LaunchPad dropslot).

2nd -  Evaluation Sheets will be used by that day's designated Written Evaluators - template located in Teams & linked above.

3rd  -   Back up Audio recording is optional, but recommended if you anticipate completing the optional,  end-of-semester, final self-critique.  Video recording of the live presentations is unlikely.

4th  -  Using a volunteer method, each speaker will deliver his/her presentation.

5th  - At the end of the day's session. evaluators will submit their written comments by emailing to Speaker & copying Professor.

* Be sure your presentation (including any "presentation aids") falls within the assigned time limits. Please be aware that being overtime or undertime will negatively affect the grade. 

* As always, the revised HARD COPY of your Final Outline is due BEFORE you deliver your presentation. Be sure to use correct format as specified in the Refresher Slide Show & the Professor's Speech Planner. Be sure to include the 4 additional items If you select to audio record this presentation, the recording will become part of your "archive" to be used for your own reference. There is no formal self critique attached to this particular presentation and recording is optional.
