>> Class Procedure for Presentation Days:combo

1. All EXTEMPORANEOUS speech outlines {revised, typed  versions} for that day's speakers will be collected.

2.  Instead of using a specific rating  sheet, this time Evaluators will take out a blank sheet of paper on which to write comments (at least 4)

3. The designated Camera operators will set up the room & the videorecording equipment and decide how to split up the camera work.

4.  Each speaker will deliver his/her presentation in the sequence indicated on the presentation schedule-- First, handing his/her CUED-UP videocassette tape to the designated camera  operator.  HOWEVER,  if necessary,  for reasons of logistics,  speakers using  the computer slide projector MIGHT need to volunteer to go first.

 5. At the end of the day's presentations , Evaluators will submit their written comments
which eventually will be passed on to the respective speakers.

 6.   If time, we will begin the replay process.
