As I looked at these picts, I could only realize how much these picts exploit these people. Fuck, not like they haven't been exploited enough. They have put up with centuries of imperialistic nations forcing themselves into their land (eg.the French and the US). Then some shmuck w/ a camera inflicts his own version of imperialism w/ his stupid fucking lense attatched to his eye. It bothers me so deeply that photographers have to invade, even the most personal of spaces for human beings. These pictures say to me that an extremely unintelligent, uncaring person was behind the camera. And I don't care how much education you have had, these pictures are not only distasteful, but ignorant. And it bothers me even more that you had such a lack of decency to go as far as putting them on the internet. I expected to come to this site and learn something, after all I am still a 20 yr old college student, and I do still try to open my eyes to new things. But these pictures taught me nothing, no historical signifigance was included in them at all. So what is the point of it?? What are you trying to get across by this exploitation??
