I too was at Phan Rang and assigned to the Liquid Fuels Section, Civil Engineering. I arrived there Christmas Day of 70 and left 4 months later for Saigon, then to Korat and I ended my tour at Udorn. All in all it was very memorable. I retired in 84 from Eglin AFB, Fl. Because of my mothers health I moved to NC, to take care of her.
