My dad was in Phan rang from 66-67. He was a Heavy Equiptment opperator in the 62nd Engineer Battalion. They built the air base. His name is James Ritchie. Anyone who remembers him or who has any information on the 62nd Engineers please contact me at birdie@newnorth.net. Thank you.
