Phan Rang Outport

From Harold Biggs, on Sat, 16 Jan 1999 05:31:23 GMT (in response to: Aussie Phan Rang 1970-71)

I was the OIC of the Army Cargo Beach at Phan Rang from August 1969 to December 1969 and I don't remember any rockets on the beach. We did sit on our bunker at night and watch the Air Base get hit. It was a great light show. We did enjoy it when the Aussie LST would come in with their beer. It was good beer.
