Raymond, Morrison, Knutson while I was there, hired a lot of local Vietnamese and treated them like crap, course they wouldn't to a day's work to save their lives. The caho (tribesmen) don't call the Montignards, they don't like that, would bust their humps for a few dong. We built the temp runway and used good cement. RMK used sand from near the sea and had a lot of salt in the cement. It's a wonder their runway stayed together. Don
