My time at Phan Rang matches yours

This is a coincidence--I arrived at Phan Rang on 1 Apr 66 assigned to the 366th fms until they left for Danang a few months later then assigned to the 35th CSG that came down from Danang until 12 Jan 67. I remember exactly how the base was in early 66, living in the 10 man tents until we built a hootch. I also remember the 3 holer outhouses we had to use--also the honey bucket details. You may or may not remember but a lot of us were assigned additional duty as AP augmentees and had to go out and sit in the bunkers for half the night after working all day.(We had a 1 day training session by one of your staff sgts). I could ramble on for hours so I'll back off.
