No conspiracy. Just arrogance, and ignoring the known facts and the flow of history. The US not only knew it could not win in Viet Nam--the French proved that by losing--but were told by both De Gaulle and Winston Churchill not to get involved in that "quagmire".

Get your head out of the nonsensical "conspiracy" gibberish and read the actual history. Some falsely believed they could impose their definition of "freedom" and "self-determination" upon peoples they viewed as inferior race; others were in it for the money that could be made. Period.

So dump the gibberish and get an education in reality.
