There is a slight difference between Hippies and those of the Anti War movement. Yes some of them branded out the soldiers as being War Mongers... But Lets think about it here most of those people didnt hate the Vets, they wanted them home, and they wanted the war stoped. They werent against the soldiers they were against the Government. If they were against the soldiers there wouldnt have been groups such as Vets against the war and countless others. My brother Was in the Nam, And all i wanted was for him to come home I didnt care what I had to do to get him home I just did it. Now you can call me a Commie/hippie Bastard or whatever you want. I just know what I wanted and I did what had to be dome to obtain that objective. When my Brother came home... He was not the same... No one was. Even us kids here in the states After that war no one was the same. I used to have to sleep in the same bed as my brother for 6 months becauce he had these horrible nightmares. All he would say is "Jonny You dont want to know whats goin on over there, Dont even ask" You cant win a war with one arm tied behind your back! I fully respect the solders that fought in that war. Most of them knew that it was a bad situation but went anyway. Thanks Guys
