I saw no "gloating" in that message.I saw someone who was trying to say "Thank You" to those who served in a very "unpopular war"(As if there is such a thing as a Popular War)
No one hates war more than a soldier.Those who haved served in the military hope that they never have to be tested.
If your ancestors had not fought where would you and your country be right now. Think about it!Could you look them in the eye and tell them that thier sacrifice was a waste? I doubt it!
