Now WW2, which are the near conquered euroshits are they, I presume you are referring to England, who on their own and with a few other Europeans stopped the German invasion of England. so we were not conquered or even nearly conquered as you so eloquently put it but then as an ignorant american you may find it hard putting a sentence together without using expletives.

Does this mean the americans would not enter a war until someone has tested the water first, then by seeing how they fair, they think about going in themselves.

I mean take a look at Somalia, the mighty us got slapped stupid by a small, not very advanced African country, to the extend they were told to leave.

Where as the British can send a task force 8000 miles and re capture a group of islands (which had been invaded by a none Nato country and they didn't help, thank goodness) and beat conclusively an army over twice it's size, (of which had bought in american mercenaries).
