I am looking for my father, John Stuart, in Maryland

My name is Myhuong ("pretty American") Thi Phan. I was born in Saigon. My birthdate is June 22, 1973. I believe this is my birthdate. My mother has tried to make it difficult for my father to find me. When I was 8, we moved to Arizona from Saigon. My mother gave me my fathers address when I was 11. I sent him a letter, but I never received a response. I want to find my father.

He was an officer in Saigon. His last name was Stuart. I believe his name is John Stuart. I have tried locating him in Baltimore, Maryland, but I have not had any luck.

My mothers name is Tuan Le. I want to find my father. We had to have his information to enter the United States. He helped get my mother, my 3 brothers, sister, and step-father into this country. Someone must have access to my immigration papers so I can get my father's social security number and contact him.
