From Bruce Kelderhouse, on Tue, 03 Dec 1996 23:29:33 GMT (in response to: YOU DIDN'T LOSE THE WAR. TRUST ME.)
The older I get, the more I feel separated from the rest of mankind, and the more I feel a brotherhood with my in-country friends. There is a bond that has been created over these many years of silence. It is like finding out you were adopted at birth from a family of 500,000. I always feel at home with them. I was touched by your remarks. The real focus of my life has become reconciliation. In 95 I went back and will again return in Feb 97. I hate politics, and politicians. And I don't understand how or why things got so screwed up, but I do know my true enemy was the idiocy of war... I'm rambling again, sorry. Anyway, thanks again. written with great affection, Bruce
