try

From Jen, on Mon, 07 Jul 1997 11:09:55 GMT (in response to: Total Agreement)

"Try" being the operative word. I don't think anyone will ever understand something that was so harsh and brutal. I guess we just have to live and learn...and let go and heal. I'm sorry that you were one of the many victims of the war. I wish people would see that it's not about being on one side or another anymore. It's not about who was right, who was wrong. As far as I see it, both sides had their right points and their wrong points. I love my country and my fellow American, and my heart breaks for all the victims of the war. I think what this time is about now is, pulling together and helping our surviving victims heal their hearts, minds and souls. And to stop persecuting everyone for fighting a war that had the misfortune of happening.
