Answer me that!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry to hear that some people of this world really don't
care about the war. Yes I think that it was a waste of lives
and a waste of opportunity.  My father is a Vietnam Vet. He 
wakes up in the middle of the night screaming about the war. He
has nightmares that I will never understand. The war was horrible
 I will  agree on that. But what about the men that have to live
it over every single day of their lives?????????Answer me that.
How can we begin to avenge anything that we don't understand?
How, and why?
