Applet to plot a function (blue) together with (numeric
approximations of) its first (red) and second (green) derivative.
- Click on Options to bring up a dialog window for options
- Try, for example, the function x*sin(1/x), x^2*sin(1/x), and x^3*sin(1/x)
The applet helps students to visualize whether a function is differentiable or not.
