• Writing a Visual Basic .Net program for Alumni Development that will take a generic output file from the Raisers Edge software they use and convert it into the proper format to be fed into Banner Finance.  This will save the university approximately $3,000.00.  This is the cost the vendor would charge to create a file in the proper Banner layout.

• Created several SQL scripts that join multiple tables to get descriptions for Fund, Org, Account and produces a flat file of the data for Finance load balances for verification against cross walk.

• In the process of learning PL/SQL and Oracle Reports Builder.

• Creating reports from Banner Financial ODS tables for Budget and Grants using Oracle Discoverer.

• Will be establishing scheduling for Finance processes using AppWorx.

• Helped to implement and providing support, (software upgrades, setting up security for new users, creation of DTS packages to copy databases, creating reports, preparing the budget layout, troubleshoot system problems, etc.) for a new Budget system called Helmsman from FRX Software.  Also the unofficial DBA for the SQL Server database.

• Creation and modification of Financial reports using FOCUS and Crystal Reports.

• Banner Security administration.

• Financial month end processing.

• Chase credit card month end processing.

• Coding and maintenance of .Net Visual Basic program for Budget Office.
