The surnames listed below are from Raffaele Mare's book on the history of Corleto (Corleto Monforte: Dalle origini ai nostri giorni, 1995). Along with the surnames I  list the town of origin (i.e.,  where the family lived before moving to Corleto) and the earliest known  date associated with the surname's arrival to Corleto.  The dates identified as  the actual year of arrival are marked with an asterisk. Most  dates provided , however,  identify the year of  birth or marriage of  the earliest individual with the surname because the date of arrival was not listed.   Mare identified families that were living in Corleto when written records first appeared (circa 1400)  as families that were indigenous to the town ( red cells).
