Directions - Getting Around Myrtle Beach

All directions have you leaving the Fairways at River Oaks parking lot and making a left (I'm honestly not too sure what else you'll find if you go to the right) onto River Oaks Drive. You should go over the railroad tracks and at the first light you will see a Bob Evans on your left. |

From River Oaks Drive go to first light and make a right. Follow signs to Route 501 North. Tanger Outlets will be up a few miles on your right.
From River Oaks Drive go to the second light and make a left onto Route 501 South. Keep going straight and you'll hit the beach.
From River Oaks Drive go to the second light and make a left onto Route 501 South. Follow signs for Route 17 North.
On the right you'll find Broadway at the Beach, farther up (on the corner of 38th Avenue) you'll find the Bi-Lo (a local supermarket). Continue on 17 Bypass North and on the right you will see to Dixie Stampede.
From 17 North, if you turn right on 21st Avenue Coastal Federal Field will be down on your right.
From River Oaks Drive go to the second light and make a left onto Route 501 South. Follow signs for Route 17 South. On Route 17 South you'll find Coastal Grand Mall, Sticky Fingers and Myrtle Beach International Airport all on the left. You'll follow the signs for the exit on the right. If you're interested is going to Charleston just keep going straight on 17 South, in about 90 minutes you'll run right into it.
From River Oaks Drive go to the second light and make a left onto Route 501 South. Take 501 South to North Kings Highway (this is 17 Business) and make a left. Along here you'll find plenty of miniature golf offerings, Wings and Eagles. Continue far enough on 17 Business North and you will come to Barefoot Landing, it will be on your left. Another "must stop" along this stretch of roadway is Krispy Kreme. Go when the "HOT" light is lit and order some hot originals, you'll be glad you did! St. Andrew's is also along 17 North, near 37th Avenue, on the left.
From River Oaks Drive go to the second light and make a left onto Route 501 South. Take 501 South to North Kings Highway (this is 17 Business) and make a right. Crabby Mike's will be down on your right in Surfside Beach (the town right next to Myrtle Beach).
