Safety Goggles ( not safety glasses)
Two or three small rock samples of granite, limestone, sandstone, marble and basalt
Rock hammer
Club Soda- a form of carbonic acid
Tap water
24 Baby food jars with lids and labels
A balance
A strainer or fine sieve
Paper towels
Paper and pencil to record your observations
