Question #6a --- ANSWER

First, you must know what "tetrad" means. That's vocabulary.
Second, you need to know what all of the stages (phases) are, in proper sequence. That's actually vocabulary type material because it just requires that you remember facts.
Third, you need to know what important events occur in each stage. Recall, from class, there are not very many specific events that we said must be known, and we specified when each occurs. That is, this isn't a long list of things you have to remember.

Assuming that you know all of this well, then ask yourself this.  During which stage(s) of meiosis are tetrads present?   Prophase I and  Metaphase I.  Segregation in anaphase I separates the homologues from each other; so, thereafter there are no tetrads.
