In contrast to question #2, the parental genotype here shows homozygous recessive (d//d) at the 3rd locus instead of heterozygous (D//d).  Clearly, then, none of the gametes can contain the "D" allele.  So, meiosis in this organism will produce all of the possible combinations of the alleles that are present, as always.  There are only 4 combinations.
