1st  - All Analysis Papers/Outlines {revised, hardcopy versions} for that day's speakers will be collected.

2nd -  Evaluation Sheets will be distributed to that day's designated Written Evaluators.

3rd  -  if desired,  the designated  Technical Assistant will help with any necessary  "set up" for the speaker. Audio recording is optional, but recommended if you anticipate completing the optional,  end-of-semester, final self-critique.

4th  -  Using a volunteer method, each speaker will deliver his/her presentation.

5th  - At the end of the day's session. evaluators will submit their written comments. These sheets eventually will be passed on to the respective speakers.

 

AND---

 

* Be sure your presentation (including any "presentation aids") falls within the assigned time limits. Please be aware that being overtime or undertime will negatively affect the grade. 

* As always, the revised HARD COPY of your Final Outline is due BEFORE you deliver your presentation. Be sure to use correct format as specified in the Refresher Slide Show & the Professor's Speech PlannerBe sure to include the 3 additional items If you select to audio record this presentation, the recording will become part of your "archive" to be used for your own reference. There is no formal self critique attached to this particular presentation and recording is optional.
