2nd -  Evaluation Sheets will be distributed to that day's designated Written Evaluators.

4th  - ; Using a volunteer method, each speaker will deliver his/her presentation.

5th  - At the end of the day's session. evaluators will submit their written comments. These sheets eventually will be passed on to the respective speakers.

AND---

*  since all of these articles derive from transcripts of oral communication, it is likely the language will lend itself comfortably to presentation as an "Oral Reading."

* Be sure your presentation (including any "presentation aids") falls within the assigned time limits. Please be aware that being overtime or undertime will negatively affect the grade.  In fact, because this is a large class, time limits will be strictly observed. You will be stopped if you go over 30 seconds overtime. Be sure to time yourself during your practice sessions.

* As always, the revised HARD COPY of your Analysis Paper is due BEFORE you deliver your presentation. Be sure to use correct format as specified in the original assignment sheet-S18.

* If you elect to audio record this presentation, the recording will become part of your "archive" to be used for your own reference. There is no formal self critique attached to this particular presentation and recording is optional but you may want to do your own comparison contrast to your Show & Tell audiorecording.

* Everyone is expected to be present & prepared for all designated "jobs" .

* No hats, of course
