4th  Using a volunteer method, each speaker will deliver his/her presentation -- First, handing his/her CUED-UP cassette tape  to the designated Tape Recorder operator IF not using a  personal recording device.

5th  At the end of the day's presentation , Evaluators will submit their written comments. These sheets eventually will be passed on to the respective speakers.

* If you select to audio record this presentation, the recording will become part of your "archive" to be used for your own reference. There is no formal self critique attached to this particular presentation and recording is optional but you may want to do your own comparison contrast to your Show & Tell audiorecording.

* everyone is expected to be present & prepared for all designated "jobs"
