ADDITIONAL REMINDERS:

>>> Class Procedure for Presentation Days:

1st  All Analysis Papers {revised, hardcopy versions} for that day's speakers will be collected.

2nd . Evaluation Sheets will be distributed to that day's designated Written Evaluators.

3rd  if necessary, the designated Tape Recorder operator will "set up" the equipment. Audio recording is optional, but recommended. You will need a recording in order to adequately complete the end-of-semester, final critique.

4th  Using a volunteer method, each speaker will deliver his/her presentation -- First, handing his/her CUED-UP cassette tape  to the designated Tape Recorder operator IF not using a  personal recording device.

5th  At the end of the day's presentation , Evaluators will submit their written comments. These sheets eventually will be passed on to the respective speakers.

AND---

* Be sure your presentation (including any "presentation aids") falls within the assigned time limits. Please be aware that being overtime or undertime will negatively affect the grade.

* As always, the revised HARD COPY of your Analysis Paper is due BEFORE you deliver your presentation. Be sure to use correct format as specified in the original assignment sheet.

* If using the audio cassette tape recording method, be sure your tape is labelled & cued up to start after any previous recordings . This audio recording will become part of your "archive" to be used for your own reference. There is no formal self critique attached to this particular presentation but you may want to do your own comparison contrast to your Show & Tell audiorecording.

* everyone is expected to be present & prepared for all designated "jobs"

* No hats, of course
