comment must be positive or neutral in tone. Nothing negative or evaluative
or critical or “constructive”. Just a reflection of a positive factor that
you think you see (or hear, feel, sense, etc. )
uUsing
what you have read in Chapter 2 about the human perception process, also try
to identify what specific factor might have shaped your perception.

example: “The speaker smiled a little and showed enthusiasm via the
tone of voice which was what made me think they were happy memories."
